Yidan Wang

Yidan Wang is a postdoctoral researcher working at the intersection of virology, synthetic biology, and immuno-engineering. She is currently affiliated with Duke-NUS Medical School and East China Normal University. Her research focuses on engineering synthetic receptor platforms and programmable antiviral systems to investigate virus–host interactions and develop innovative antiviral strategies. Her current work centers on emerging viruses, synthetic viral receptors, and immune cell engineering, with a long-term interest in translating these approaches into next-generation therapeutics for infectious diseases.
